Who actually works on my watch?

Minor repairs are handled in house at our Boca Raton location. As an authorized dealer, we send more complex work to manufacturer-certified watchmakers, which keeps your timepiece warranty and factory specification intact.

Can you service a vintage or discontinued watch?

Yes. Vintage timepieces are assessed individually, and we route them to the right specialist for the movement rather than treating every watch the same way.
